Permatex Rust Dissolver Gel

Permatex Rust Dissolver Gel chemically dissolves rust from all iron and steel surfaces.  Brush or spray on, and then wash the rust off with a cloth.  Using this gel replaces the hard job of sanding and scraping.

Instructions

Wear rubber gloves when using.

• Scrape or wipe loose dirt and rust flakes from surface.
• Brush on liberally and work into pitted areas.
• Leave on 5-10 minutes. Wipe off painted surfaces immediately.
• Wash or rinse off with fresh water.
• Repeat applications for heavily rusted areas. Allow product to remain on surface longer if necessary.
• Limit applications to five minutes for chrome or plated surfaces.
