The Manley TensileMax ultra-high-strength steel lash caps are engineered to protect valve stem tips in high-performance and racing engines. Precision-machined from heat-treated 4140 alloy steel, they resist wear from aggressive rocker arm contact and high-RPM operation. Designed for 11/32” valve stems with a 0.080” thickness, these caps help maintain proper valvetrain geometry, reduce valve tip erosion, and extend component life. Sold as a set of 16.
