The Longacre Weatherproof HD 40-Amp Ignition Switch is completely sealed with a polyurethane coating.  The back of the switch is sealed with a tough, waterproof polymer coating that keeps out dirt, dust and moisture, preventing a dead  connection that could put you out of a race.
