Small Block Chevy ASCS Spec Aluminum Engine Block
The spec, small block Chevy engine block for the American Sprint Car Series. Block is not only lighter and more cost effective than a lightened cast iron block but may be more easily repaired. Manufactured from A-356 aluminum, block includes a 4.125" bore, 350 (2.450") main bearing sizing, standard 9.025" deck height, and billet steel main caps. Block additionally features a raised cam design, .904" lifter sizing, 55mm cam tunnel, full bellhousing, standard oil pan rails, and is identified with the ASCS logo. Sold complete with sprint rear cam plug.
Note: Block has an oil feed to the front, lacks the OEM-style oil filter pad, and has no water provisions for an OEM water pump.
