The Allstar Manual Steel Tire Prep Mount eases grooving, siping, grinding or even cleaning tires. Special one-way bearings prevent roll back when grooving or siping. Bolt to a wall stud or other solid surface. It can be used with 5x5 or Wide 5 wheels. ALL10562 wall swivel (sold separately) allows use at various angles.
