The Allstar Performance Ball Joint Spreader Tool separates the ball joint from the spindle. The inside of the cylinder is shaped to fit over tapered stud of most ball joints and presses against stud of other ball joint. Not for use on FWD or 4WD applications. Tool is 4" tall fully collapsed and 6" tall fully extended.
