The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate 88338 beefs up your existing suspension to boost your safety and comfort when hauling large loads. It fits 2011-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD, and 2011-2019 GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD.

LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate has all of the features of the LoadLifter 5000 air spring kit with an internal jounce bumper inside, providing the ultimate in lift, ride comfort and safety. The jounce bumper helps to absorb shock, even with zero air pressure.
