The LoadLifter 5000™ air suspension kit 57396 fits 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 4WD Super Duty. These air springs beef up your existing suspension to boost your safety and comfort when hauling large loads.  It gives you up to 5,000 pounds of load-leveling capacity, and eliminates squat, trailer sway, rough ride and bottoming out.
