Designed for classic street rods and custom applications, the small block Chevy Hugger Headers provide improved exhaust flow, compact fitment, and lasting performance. Featuring 1-1/2” primary tubes, 2-1/2” collectors, 16-gauge tubing, and
a 3/8” thick flange, these headers are engineered for tight engine compartments while maintaining excellent ground clearance. The silver ceramic coating helps control under-hood temperatures and protects against corrosion. The patented flange design eliminates the need for header gaskets, providing a reliable seal. Made in the USA.
