Allstar Street/Strip Distributor with Rev-Limiter, Ford 351C, 400C/M, 429-460

This performance electronic distributor includes a soft touch rev control, ignition timing start retard function and an adjustable vacuum advance for street use. Simple four wire connection only requires a 12V power source and an external coil. The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum housing features a sealed upper support bearing and an extra-long lower bronze bushing which helps maintains accurate timing at higher RPMs. The small bodied design is perfect for early muscle cars when firewall clearance is often a concern.

Distributors include a molded cap and rotor with plug wire retainer, an optional vacuum advance lock out plate, a mechanical advance curve kit, a weather pack harness for simple coil connection and installation instructions.

Note: This distributor features a .531" diameter shaft and includes a cast iron drive gear (OE Green DOT w/1.421" OD) for use with flat tappet camshafts. Consult your engine builder or camshaft manufacturer for the correct drive gear for your application.  This does not have a melonized gear.
