ACC GM 700R4 Street Bandit 2,800-3,200 RPM Torque Converter 48073

The Street Bandit Series converters are designed to handle as much as 650 horse power. ACC Performance uses much larger Torrington type encased bearings throughout the converter. These bearings will handle a lot more raw power and abuse that higher horsepower engines and transmissions produce. Weld-up and four corner tack-welded turbine and impeller fins help maintain the highest strength to stop fin degradation or deformity. The stators are built with high flow vents for greater cooling and all ACC converters are engineered with a single bolt pattern to make them light (3-4 pounds lighter than converters with a dual bolt pattern) and keep the weight off the rotating mass of the motor.
