The Simpson Double Shoulder Harness is an individual shoulder harness for use with latch and link type restraint systems. This shoulder harness is a double shoulder strap that comes with a 3-inch shoulder belt that goes under the HANS and a 2-inch shoulder belt that goes over the HANS.
