ShurTrax Soft Shackle (Extended Length)

ShurTrax soft shackles provide an easy and secure way to connect a recovery rope to a vehicle, and are designed to help prevent damage and wear to ropes. Made from a tough, stretch-resistant ½” diameter UHMW-PE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) rope and covered with a special abrasion-resistant sleeve, soft shackles can handle loads up to 11,200 pounds and have a breaking strength of 44,800 pounds. This extended-length shackle is 20” long, providing sufficient length to wrap around most axles or bumpers, or provide a winching anchor point on fixed objects like trees.
