RaceQuip VESTA20 Helmet - SA2020

The RaceQuip VESTA20 full face Snell SA2020 rated helmet features FRP Composite shell construction and a uniquely shaped chin bar to support a scalloped face shield design.

The VESTA20 incorporates contemporary design with modern production techniques. The shell is built using pre-preg composite materials placed into pressurized steel molds to achieve the best combination of light weight and strength.  Reinforced M6 threaded HANS/HNR inserts are mated to the shell along with an expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner. HANS or other Head and Neck Restraint device anchor posts (not included) can be easily attached to the outside of the helmet using the installed M6 threaded inserts.

The distortion free 3mm polycarbonate face shield features a molded thumb catch, red anodized aluminum pivot kit, hand ratcheting tear-off posts, and a silicone eyeport gasket to seal out dust and dirt. A wide eyeport provides good peripheral vision and allows the use of personal eyewear. Included with the helmet are an extra set of thicker cheek pads to allow a customized fit. The Snell SA rating means that the interior, paint, and kevlar chin strap are all fire-retardant so the RaceQuip VESTA20 Helmet is suitable for use in all forms of motorsports. The comfort fit blended Nomex® interior along with exhaust vents on the top and back of the shell help keep your scalp cool. All these features are wrapped in an FRP Composite shell with aggressive styling.

* Youth SFI Helmets have a smaller, lighter shell and are designed for lower speed youth racing.

Measuring Fit

Measure with a cloth tape around the head about 1" above eyebrows. A snug fit is optimum. Use size in CM for best accuracy and go with the largest measurement you get. Hat sizes are only a guideline and not the most accurate. Inches are rounded to nearest 1/16. If you are between sizes you must go with the larger size. Add 1 to 1.5cm for a head sock.

When fitting a helmet, be sure to tighten chin strap before evaluating fit.
