Permatex® High Strength Removable Orange Threadlocker Gel is a hybrid formula that combines the strength of Red Threadlocker with the removability of Blue Threadlocker. Orange Threadlocker Gel is ideal for modern day engine bays with a great deal of lightweight components and high vibration applications. Unlike traditional Red Threadlocker, Orange Threadlocker can be removed with hand tools when extra force is applied.

Suggested Applications: Case half bolts, triple tree fasteners, flywheel bolts, stator bolts, axle nuts, transmission mounting bolts, dirt bikes, manufacturing machinery, and heavy-duty construction

Suggested Applications: General repair and maintenance, power tools, lawn and garden tools
Instructions
- Clean and dry parts
- Gently squeeze tube to expose 1/8” to 1/4” of gel beyond tip.
- Apply threadlocker to leading edge of the fastener, covering 5 to 6 threads.
- Avoid direct contact of tip to metal surface.
- Assemble parts and tighten to recommended torque.
