The majority of original equipment fuel tanks have the pick-up located at the front of the tank. G-forces slosh the fuel to the rear of the tank and away from the pick-up, causing fuel starvation. This fuel tank sump kit from Competition Engineering eliminates the problem by relocating the sump to the rear of the tank.
