The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000™ Ultimate air suspension kit 88388 fits 2019+ Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 pick-up trucks that need to haul large loads. The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate has all of the features of the LoadLifter 5000 air spring kit with the addition of an internal jounce bumper inside.

The internal jounce bumper gives you the ultimate in lift, ride comfort, and safety.  The internal jounce bumper helps to absorb shock, even with zero air pressure.
