The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate 88399 beefs up your existing suspension to boost your safety and comfort when hauling large loads. It fits 2017-2019 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty 4WD.

LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate has all of the features of the LoadLifter 5000 air spring kit with an internal jounce bumper inside, providing the ultimate in lift, ride comfort and safety. The jounce bumper helps to absorb shock, even with zero air pressure.
