The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate 88397 beefs up your existing suspension to boost your safety and comfort when hauling massive loads. It fits 2005-2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 RWD.

LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate has all of the features of the LoadLifter 5000 air spring kit with an internal jounce bumper inside, providing the ultimate in lift, ride comfort and safety. The jounce bumper helps to absorb shock, even with zero air pressure.

Air Lift air spring kit eliminates harsh jarring on rough roads
Safely run with zero air pressure (internal jounce bumper prevents damage when driving with an empty air bag)
Up to 5,000 lbs. of load-leveling capacity
Fits single rear wheel (SRW) and dual rear wheel (DRW) models
Will fit ALL models without a fifth-wheel hitch and will also fit most side mount fifth wheel hitch applications
Does not fit cab and chassis applications
