The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate 88395 beefs up your existing suspension to boost your safety and comfort when hauling large loads. It fits 2011-2014 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 RWD, and 2015-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 RWD.

LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate has all of the features of the LoadLifter 5000 air spring kit with an internal jounce bumper inside, providing the ultimate in lift, ride comfort and safety. The jounce bumper helps to absorb shock, even with zero air pressure.
