Shipping policy

Most orders for in-stock items are shipped same business day.  Orders over $90 ship for free in the United States, and orders under $90 ship at a low flat rate of $9.90. Over-sized items that must be shipped via Truck Freight are excluded from the free and flat rate shipping program. You will be notified if the package cannot be shipped via standard ground carriers.

Stocking information is located on each item next to the part number in the top right corner of the screen.  If an item is currently out of stock, we can place a special order with the vendor on your behalf. For out of stock items, please contact us for availability and an  estimated shipping date.

You will receive an e-mail or SMS notification when the package has shipped, along with the applicable tracking numbers. Note that FedEx/UPS/USPS are not guaranteeing delivery times, so transit time and delivery is beyond our control once we turn the package over to the courier. It is your responsibility to follow the tracking number to ensure the package is delivered in a timely manner. Contact FedEx, UPS or USPS support in the event your package is late or has not been delivered.
