Permatex Super Weatherstrip Adhesive is a superior adhesive that is ideal for many applications. It can be used as an adhesive on rubber, metal, automotive gaskets as well as car or van carpeting, including fabric-backed vinyl upholstery. One of the features of this adhesive is that it allows for repositioning parts after contact is made. In addition, it withstands extreme temperatures and is water resistant. It is also resistant to gasoline, kerosene, antifreeze and most solvents.

Instructions
- Clean surfaces thoroughly. Use abrasives to remove any powdery mold release from new weather-stripping.
- Apply a thin, even film to both surfaces. Allow to dry.
- Apply a second thin coat of adhesive to sections of weather-stripping not over 3 feet long.
- Bond immediately. Avoid putting adhesive on exposed painted surfaces. Always keep tightly capped when not in use.
