ZyCoat ZyBar Manifold & Exhaust Coating

Formulated to reduce radiant heat by over 90%, Zybar by Zycoat is ideal for engine parts, headers and exhaust components, resulting in increased horsepower and improved fuel mileage. A product of the aerospace industry, independent testing showed Zybar outperformed other thermal products including tapes, wraps and ceramic based paints. The coating is available in three colors (bronze satin, midnight black, cast iron gray) and can be applied several ways including with a paint sprayer, as well as just dipping or applying with a cloth. It is effective on engine parts and exhaust components that are subject to temperatures of up to 2,000F.

This innovative thermal dissipation coating from ZyCoat is specifically designed for high-performance engines and exhausts. It greatly reduces engine temperatures improving engine performance and rendering other solutions like wraps, tapes, and ceramics outdated. It is easy to apply with either a primer paint gun or touch-up gun. It provides higher hardness and durability compared to ceramic coatings.
