The LoadLifter 5000™ air suspension kit 57399 fits 2017-2019 Ford F250/F350/F450 4 wheel drive. These air springs beef up your existing suspension to boost your safety and comfort when hauling large loads. It gives you up to 5,000 pounds of load-leveling capacity, and eliminates squat, trailer sway, rough ride and bottoming out.
